Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication is back with a third edition! This third edition has all the original content from the first + second edition with slightly adjusted ink + paper colors due to availability. Additions to the original include an intro from Meenadchi, new illustrations by Hana Ward, additional reflection pages to dive deeper into the work, and a body sensations expressions chart (all the same from the second edition).

DNVC is a workbook stocked with activities, exercises, and ideas to explore our relationship to communication, our bodies, and each other. Using a trauma-informed approach, this workbook encourages readers to deepen our emotional vocabularies so that we can work towards a more enlivened, healthy interdependence.
